This policy explains what information Aces & Arrows Archery ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our shop and range, and the text messages and emails we send.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and similar details when you book range time or a lesson, join a league or membership, buy or order something, ask for service, or contact us.
- Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Staff information: for our owners and employees, the work contact details they give us, used to run the shop.
How we use it
We use your information to take and manage bookings, sell and service equipment, run leagues and classes, send receipts and confirmations, answer your questions, keep the shop safe, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We send promotional email only to people who have asked to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop (for example payment processing, booking, email and text delivery, and accounting), and when the law requires it. Those providers may use it only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
- We send operational text messages to the shop's owners and employees about shop questions and system status.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Mobile numbers and opt-in records are used only to send these messages and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Children
We welcome young archers, but we collect information about children only from a parent or guardian.
